Service Description

This session is designed to support early learning programs in setting and achieving their quality improvement goals within Pennsylvania’s Keystone STARS system. During this session, we work collaboratively with program leaders to discuss their current STAR level, identify program goals, and explore opportunities for growth and advancement. Through personalized guidance, EELI helps programs understand Keystone STARS standards, navigate requirements, and develop strategies that strengthen program quality. Our team provides resources, recommendations, and ongoing support to help programs move forward with confidence on their Keystone STARS journey. ✨ Goal: To partner with early learning programs to strengthen quality practices and support continuous improvement through Keystone STARS.
